30 Clean Testimonials l The Dailey MethodSpring cleaning is something that seems instinctual this time of year, and while I tend to go a little overboard in my own house (success tip: don’t ever let the kids see what you’re throwing out!), I also appreciate an internal spring cleaning, but on a gentler note. To help support the urge to clean in Spring we offer a 30 Day Challenge at our studios, and in the past year we have offered that challenge alongside a fantastic, obtainable, clean eating program called The 30 Clean. This is the first time we are doing a nationwide clean so you can check your local studio for more details or register here. But for now, here are a few of our success stories!

Starting The 30 Clean, last September through my TDM studio, I had zero expectations. I felt like I was already on a “clean path”, but I’m always up for a challenge, and thought it would be fun along with the support of fellow TDM’ers! As a Dailey Method studio owner, I pride myself on creating community. Our students form supportive and lasting friendships; the camaraderie is second-to-none and it keeps people committed because they feel a part of something bigger.

In July of 2014, a group of staff and students participated in The 30 Clean for the first time. The benefits were so impactful that we have signed up for every Clean since. The 30 Clean is a beautiful compliment to the work we do inside the studio. Cleaners support one another through the tough times and celebrate successes. I couldn’t be more pleased with the changes that I have observed, inside and out, since becoming a part of The Dailey Method and The 30 Clean communities. I started exercising at The Dailey Method when the North Shore studio opened in August 2011. The engaging workouts have given me a stronger body, a sharper mind and a more positive attitude. I “did it Dailey” throughout my second pregnancy, with modifications, up until 35 weeks. The strength I developed in that period gave me energy to keep up with two active kids. When I suffered from a bout of postpartum depression, my TDM practice became an essential part of my “therapy.” It was an opportunity for me to gain strength in my mind and body. As a working mom of two young kids, TDM provides an outlet for me to make my health and wellness a priority. A healthy mom really IS a happy mom.

When The Dailey Method offered a clean eating challenge through The 30 Clean, I eagerly jumped on board. During my first challenge, we were asked to provide a few words that described why we had registered for The 30 Clean. One of my fellow challengers gave the simple phrase, “I’m worthy.”  What a powerful statement. Now that I am a Coach for The 30 Clean, that phrase sticks with me during each of the challenges that I lead.  In the course of our busy, hectic, FULL lives, many of us have stopped practicing self-care. The 30 Clean teaches you that optimal health is about more than counting calories or looking good in skinny jeans. Taking the time to focus on the “6 Pillars of Health” (Nutrition, Hydration, Breath, Sleep, Movement & Positive Thinking) will give you the gift of experiencing life in a whole new way. I truly feel that The 30 Clean has helped me “come back to life.”
