First off, I would like to thank all of you who participated in the #burnbrightdailey contest. We had over 2,200 submissions! You guys make us burn our brightest and it was a pleasure to see all the many things that make you guys #burnbrightdailey!

Picking the winners was very tough with all the clever entries we got but the job had to be done. So here’s a huge congratulations to our three winners who each won a month of free classes!

Here’s a little more about these amazing ladies:

Jaclyn found herself at a crossroads when her daughter was 9 months old – between being the happiest and saddest she had ever been in her life. She was a stay at home mom with a loving husband and healthy child, but she didn’t feel like herself, and she definitely didn’t look like herself. She had no friends with small children and felt alone. One afternoon, her husband said “Go back to The Dailey Method.” He reminded her how much she loved it pre-baby (hello husband of the year!). The next day she was back at the studio and within 3 months she lost the 10 pounds that she couldn’t shake post pregnancy, she went from a size 8/10 to a size 4/6 and states: “I was longer, leaner, stronger and happier.” She feels blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing community and believes TDM has been good for her body and soul. “The instructors of TDM Benicia continue to challenge me and help me become stronger physically and mentally, and the friends that they have introduced me to through our love of this practice have made my heart whole.”

Cheryl Bacchi is a 53-year-old mother of four who rediscovered her passion for fitness after battling breast cancer in 2006. After realizing how crucial clean eating and an active lifestyle are in achieving happiness and longevity, she slowly started picking up healthy habits such as cutting out most fats and sugars and picking up workout classes- a favorite of which is The Dailey Method (Corte Madera). She takes Dailey Method classes almost every day, claiming “they encourage her to push herself beyond her limits and set new goals.” The #burnbrightdailey Instagram challenge was an outlet for her to show her passion for fitness and fun. Her love for The Dailey Method will be burning bright for years to come.

Taylor Martin is a 22 year old Key Leader at ivivva athletica Chinook Centre. Her passion in life is dance. Over the years as her training slowed down, she found The Dailey Method as her fitness alternative. Through The Dailey Method she has been able to maintain her fitness goals that originally stemmed from her training in dance. She states: “I have never felt better than I do when I commit to adding The Dailey Method to my daily routine… There is nothing like feeling the burn of a good upright lunge or the shaking that comes from water ski!” She is excited to continue to #burnbrightdailey and build relationships within her local studio (Calgary, Canada) as she loves nothing more than to eat, sleep, tuck and repeat!

Keep on burning bright dailey!
