I love to do something special for my kids to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. My mom used to make green food for me so I like to carry on the tradition. But of course Mom’s were all colored by food coloring (I don’t blame you Mom, you didn’t know any better). This year I’ve found some great healthy recipes where the color all comes from natural greens.
