With Father’s Day just around the corner, I’ve been reflecting on my connection with my own Dad, John Dailey, who passed away a few years ago (see my blog post on What My Father Taught Me). Still, not a day goes by that I don’t think about him and miss him.

I know without a doubt that his humor and spirit are with me and that his presence will remain a part of my experiences for the rest of my life. I see a lot of him in my kids too. His jokes and light in Julius, his intelligence in Nico and his determination in Damian. While I miss my father everyday, I continually reflect on the way he lived his life, his humor, his intelligence and most of all – his LOVE. This is the month to honor our fathers and those men who we know to be great Fathers. To acknowledge all they do for us and what they mean to us and those we love.

I’ve struggled with gifts for Father’s Day. I don’t know about you but I ALWAYS find women easier to shop for, than men. I was introduced to this company Bespoke Post and think it’s a great way to gift a father – plus, I always love the gifts that keep on giving. I reflected on which one I would have chosen for my Dad – The Scout or The Barber – and he would have loved it!

Bespoke Post is like StitchFix for men. You set your preferences and they recommend a box. They have Father’s Day Collections available now. You just select your box and it ships to you. The box is full of thoughtful small-batch brands and is delivered to you monthly. They have collections for the traveler, the weekend warrior, the beach bum, you name it…!

Try it out! They’re offering our Dailey Method community 20% off your 1st box. Use promo code: “TDM” at checkout.

Enjoy reflecting on Fatherhood and reaching out to your Fathers and Father-figures, wherever they may be. Happy Father’s Day!

Love,

Jill
