Here are a few recipes I can’t wait to try!

2 Ingredient Pancakes by Oh Snap Let’s Eat

This recipe is for 2-Ingredient Pancakes, but you can add 1 TB of nut butter to make the 3-Ingredient Pancakes!

30 Clean Recipes l The Dailey MethodCook Time: 15 Min

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

1 banana

PREPARATION

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces and throw it in a Mixing Bowl. Go ahead and crack those two eggs in there too.
  2. Mix it all about! You can use a mixer, so that you can get a more even consistency. If you don’t have one laying around, just make sure you blend it well enough!
  3. Oil up your Skillet/Pan(we use Coconut Oil) and then pour the paleo pancakes mix into the pan. Cook like you would with normal pancakes.

BROOKE’S BUNS

This is a great “sandwich” sub and it is awesome because kids love them too!

30 Clean Recipes l The Dailey Method

1 large sweet potato

3 eggs

1 tsp coconut flour

Salt and pepper

You can also add chopped jalapeño, onion powder, garlic powder, or any seasoning to you liking.

  2. Mix and cook over medium heat in skillet with coconut oil or olive oil. Scoop into skillet and pat out and smooth you want the bun piece to be about 1/4 thick. Brown both sides.

5 Ingredient Spaghetti Pie Bake by PaleOMG

30 Clean Recipes l The Dailey MethodCook Time: 1 hour 25 min

INGREDIENTS

1 large spaghetti squash (about 600 grams)

1 pound italian sausage

½ yellow onion, diced

1 cup pizza sauce (no sugar added)

1 teaspoon dried basil

salt and pepper, to taste

3 eggs, whisked

(optional: add anything you like with pizza: veggies, basil, even cheese if you do primal)

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Place spaghetti squash cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the skin of the squash gives when you press on it. Then reduce oven heat to 350 degrees.
  3. Once squash is done cooking, remove threads and place in an 8×8 greased baking dish.
  4. Place a large pan over medium heat. Add italian sausage and onion. Cook until pink no longer remains in the sausage and it is broken up into pieces.
  5. Add pizza sauce, dried basil and salt and pepper to the pan and mix well.
  6. Add sausage mixture to the 8×8 dish and mix well with spaghetti squash threads.
  7. Lastly, add whisked eggs to the baking dish and mix everything together until you can no longer see the eggs.
  8. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour or until the top of the mixture forms a slight crust that doesn’t give when you press on it in the middle of the dish.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Spring Clean with us and The 30 Clean!

30 Clean Testimonials l The Dailey MethodSpring cleaning is something that seems instinctual this time of year, and while I tend to go a little overboard in my own house (success tip: don’t ever let the kids see what you’re throwing out!), I also appreciate an internal spring cleaning, but on a gentler note. To help support the urge to clean in Spring we offer a 30 Day Challenge at our studios, and in the past year we have offered that challenge alongside a fantastic, obtainable, clean eating program called The 30 Clean. This is the first time we are doing a nationwide clean so you can check your local studio for more details or register here. But for now, here are a few of our success stories!

30 Clean Testimonials l The Dailey Method

Starting The 30 Clean, last September through my TDM studio, I had zero expectations. I felt like I was already on a “clean path”, but I’m always up for a challenge, and thought it would be fun along with the support of fellow TDM’ers! At the end of the 30 days, I could not believe how fantastic I felt… full of energy, strong, healthy, and not to mention lean! Through the support of fellow challengers, coaches and health advisors, I learned a ton about balancing my nutrition to feel my absolute best. I’ve been “living the Clean” ever since and have participated in 5 challenges, to date. Thanks 30 Clean!

30 Clean Testimonials l The Dailey Method

As a Dailey Method studio owner, I pride myself on creating community. Our students form supportive and lasting friendships; the camaraderie is second-to-none and it keeps people committed because they feel a part of something bigger.

In July of 2014, a group of staff and students participated in The 30 Clean for the first time. The benefits were so impactful that we have signed up for every Clean since. The 30 Clean is a beautiful compliment to the work we do inside the studio. Cleaners support one another through the tough times and celebrate successes. Much like the feeling from class- everyone is “in it together” and that support is the reason it works so well. Through the 30 day journey (& beyond), bonds grow stronger.

Personally, my body has never looked better. I am leaner than I ever have been in my life- even after the birth of my 1-year-old son. I feel energized to balance motherhood as a business owner with more vibrancy and grace.

The 30 Clean has become a way of life for me. I love the program, feel great in my skin, and appreciate the way it has enhanced our strong community.”

30 Clean Testimonials l The Dailey Method

I couldn’t be more pleased with the changes that I have observed, inside and out, since becoming a part of The Dailey Method and The 30 Clean communities. I started exercising at The Dailey Method when the North Shore studio opened in August 2011. The engaging workouts have given me a stronger body, a sharper mind and a more positive attitude. I “did it Dailey” throughout my second pregnancy, with modifications, up until 35 weeks. The strength I developed in that period gave me energy to keep up with two active kids. When I suffered from a bout of postpartum depression, my TDM practice became an essential part of my “therapy.” It was an opportunity for me to gain strength in my mind and body. As a working mom of two young kids, TDM provides an outlet for me to make my health and wellness a priority. A healthy mom really IS a happy mom.

When The Dailey Method offered a clean eating challenge through The 30 Clean, I eagerly jumped on board. During my first challenge, we were asked to provide a few words that described why we had registered for The 30 Clean. One of my fellow challengers gave the simple phrase, “I’m worthy.”  What a powerful statement. Now that I am a Coach for The 30 Clean, that phrase sticks with me during each of the challenges that I lead.  In the course of our busy, hectic, FULL lives, many of us have stopped practicing self-care. The 30 Clean teaches you that optimal health is about more than counting calories or looking good in skinny jeans. Taking the time to focus on the “6 Pillars of Health” (Nutrition, Hydration, Breath, Sleep, Movement & Positive Thinking) will give you the gift of experiencing life in a whole new way. I truly feel that The 30 Clean has helped me “come back to life.”

Take time for yourself. You are worthy.

Chris Beer – Student, The Dailey Method North Shore

I look forward to spring cleaning with you!
