What to Expect
We are passionate about alignment. We ignite awareness through hands-on training and education. The result is better posture, better movement, and a more complete workout. Unlike a traditional large fitness class, clients receive individual education and 1-on-1 attention from our highly trained instructors. Modifications and adjustments will be given to make everyone feel successful and challenged!
What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Grip socks are required, and we sell socks at the studio if you don’t have a pair.
What to Bring
Bring your grip socks and your unique smile! We provide your mat and all the props you will need for the workout.
When to Arrive
We suggest that all new clients arrive about 10 minutes early to their first class. This will give you a chance to meet your teacher, take a look around the studio, and ask any questions to our team to make your first visit relaxed & exceptional.
Wait List Policy: If you are trying to sign up for a class that is full, we highly encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist. As students cancel, students on the wait list will be notified via email/text that they have been added. Reservations will be honored only up to the start of class. If you do not arrive prior to the start of class, your reservation will be forfeited to anyone on the wait list.
Late Entry Policy: New students may not enter a class late. Returning students may enter an ongoing class up to, but not after, 10 minutes into a 60-minute class and 5 minutes into a 45-minute class.
Late Cancel/No Show Policy: To ensure our teachers’ livelihood, there is a firm 8-hour cancellation policy, without exception. If you cancel a booked class in the online scheduler less than 8 hours of your scheduled class, you will incur a deduction from your current class package or a $10 fee if under a membership or unlimited series, including the introductory special. If you do not show up for a reserved class, you will incur a class deduction or charged $15 if under a membership or unlimited series.

Pregnancy: The Dailey Method is a very safe workout for pregnant and postpartum women. A few minor modifications make this class a very thorough and effective workout to help women look and feel their best.

A Southern California native, Diana is a health and wellness advocate, strongly believing in the transformative power of physical activity as it relates to the mind and body. She co-owns and manages the Corte Madera studio with her partner and mentor, Jill Dailey. Diana’s passion for movement started young with dance and martial arts, and has since spanned to yoga, Pilates, long distance running, and indoor cycle. Barre will always be her first love for its effectiveness and ability to completely recenter the mind. Living by the Dailey Method’s mantra of “always be a student,” she approaches fitness with a playful attitude and avid desire to explore, while emphasizing efficacy and discipline. One of Diana’s ultimate joys is being able to share her love for TDM with her community, one inch lower and one radiant smile at a time.
