I was a Dailey Method member back in 2013. I grew to love what it did for my body and my mind. Then life intervened and I took a 7-year hiatus. When I decided to recommit to taking care of myself, this was the first and only studio I rejoined because I knew I would be comfortable. The Dailey Method LaGrange is a real community where instructors, managers and members are always helpful and encouraging. To be honest, it was difficult starting over after such a long layoff, but with support and commitment, I am getting stronger every day.

September was my 3 year anniversary here! It was and continues to be the best decision I’ve made for my mind and body. I come to class 5-6 days a week because it makes me feel good and it centers me! I participated in the align and shine challenge and I can’t believe how much I benefited from that! I lost 10.5 inches and 10 lbs. I started doing the Dailey Method about three and a half years ago. This past year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and have to take a preventive drug that causes osteoporosis. When visiting my doctor recently, she asked what type of exercise I do, I responded with the Dailey Method about three times a week. She said that is the best exercise to strengthen your bones. Kelli Teegen

Kelli has been a teacher and student at the La Grange studio since 2009. Kelli has also been a practicing occupational therapist since 1996 and has a degree in exercise science from Indiana University. She fell in love with TDM after experiencing the physical benefits of alignment, the balance of intensity and grace, and the sense of community it provides. Kelli and her husband Greg have three daughters and lives in La Grange.
