In addition, our studio now offers Dailey Cycle, the bike-to-barre class that gives you more. Using The Dailey Method’s signature focus on alignment and form, this class delivers a balanced, full body workout resulting in a fun, high-calorie burn.
Lindsay came to The Dailey Method upon discovering that it beautifully integrates her two lifelong passions – science and art. With more than 20 years experience in teaching dance, music, and Pilates, and an insatiable curiosity about anatomy and physiology, studio ownership is a natural fit. While obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from the University of Southern California, she met her husband Doug, who was completing his Bachelor of Arts degree at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. Lindsay and Doug share a love of music and fitness, which is evident in her Barre classes and his Cycle classes. A native of DuPage County, Doug is excited to continue his family’s legacy of owning a small business in this community.
