The Orland Park location is owned by Kady Lang who took her first Dailey Method class in Naperville in 2008 and was formerly a teacher at the LaGrange location for 5yrs(opened in 2010). She holds her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver in Mass & Speech Communications and has personal training certifications which include: ACE, NASM, Pilates certifications through Balanced Body in Mat & Reformer and her 200HR Yoga Certification through Core Power Yoga.
Kady had the opportunity to train under founder Jill Dailey. She loves teaching and training new instructors, and has an unending passion for The Dailey Method. Her outside interests include: skiing, hiking, golfing with her family and walking her dogs around the town of LaGrange where she lives.
