We’re ready to help you transform your life. The Dailey Method is the fastest way to a strong, lean, sculpted body. Combining the best of Pilates, yoga, and ballet barre training, our classes are an ever-evolving mix of movement that offer extreme benefits for body and mind. Our classes are driven by fitness research and our students’ needs. We offer individualized attention in a group setting to give you the strength, discipline, and joy to find ultimate alignment.


Our Policies

Wait List Policy: If you are trying to sign up for a class that is full, we highly encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist. As students cancel, students on the wait list will be notified via email that they have been added. Reservations will be honored only up to the start of class. If you do not arrive prior to the start of class, your reservation will be forfeited to anyone on the wait list.

Late Entry Policy: New students may not enter a class late. Returning students may enter an ongoing class up to, but not after, 10 minutes into a 60-minute class and 5 minutes into a 45-minute class.

Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so teachers are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required and we sell our trademark Dailey Method grip socks at the studio.

Pregnancy: The Dailey Method is a very safe workout for pregnant and postpartum women. A few minor modifications make this class a very thorough and effective workout to help women look and feel their best. Please note that a written consent from your doctor is required stating that you are cleared for core strengthening exercises.

Late Cancel/No Show Policy (classes AFTER 8:00am): Please cancel at least 2 hours prior to the start of class. You can cancel your reservation online or by calling our studio and leaving a message.

  • A No Show or Late Cancel (within 2 hours of the start of class) will result in one of the following actions, depending upon the package type:
  • Class packages (i.e.: 1 single class, 10 class package, etc) with a late cancellation (within 2 hours of class start time) will result in a $10 charge, a no show will result in the loss of the class
  • Unlimited memberships (i.e.: core membership, auto-pay contracts, and any unlimited time package) with a late cancellation (within 2 hours of class start time) will result in a $10 charge, a No Show will result in a $15 fee billed to your CC on file. (If you do not have a valid CC on file, the $15 fee will be billed to your account and must be paid before taking your next class.)

Late Cancel/No Show Policy (classes BEFORE 8:00am):
For classes before 8:00am you must sign up by 9:00pm the night before class. If there are no signups at 9:00pm the night before class will be cancelled.

  • NO SHOW FEE APPLIES: A No Show will result in a $15 fee billed to your payment method on file. (If you do not have a valid payment method on file, the $15 fee will be billed to your account and must be paid before taking your next class.)

I’ve been attending Dailey Method classes for 16 years. I started because I met the founder and continued because I loved the workout. It’s feels great to be sore the next day as you know you are getting stronger.  I have had back issues for years and having a strong core is vital.  The classes do as promised and more! but the teachers and other clients really keep you coming back. It’s a win win.

Shelley Blockhus

Shelley was introduced to The Dailey Method in 2009 through the Burlingame Mom’s Club. She has been hooked ever since! Shortly after, she joined the Front Desk staff just to hang out at the studio more often. After three years of taking classes, she was drawn to teaching when she found herself wanting to assist those new clients around her. Shelley is passionate about her own TDM practice and growth. She credits The Dailey Method for her increased flexibility, finding both her core and mental strength, and development of better alignment and body awareness. She is always willing to pass along everything she knows about TDM to clients to help them find their own inner strength to be their best self. You can find Shelley on the schedule teaching Dailey Barre, Barre Express, Fusion, Interval, Basics and Dailey Gentle.
