How does it work?

Kick off the shoes, rock out to some fun music, relish the burn, and be a part of an awesome community. We’re ready to help you transform your life. The Dailey Method is the fastest way to a strong, lean, sculpted body. From pilates and yoga, to ballet barre, our classes are an ever-evolving mix of movement that offers the extreme benefits from many different disciplines. Our classes are driven by fitness research and our clients’ needs.

Each class begins with high rep movements in a very small range of motion, effectively toning, elongating, and isolating the muscles. We focus on the triceps, biceps, shoulders and chest, back, seat, and legs. After working each muscle group, we stretch, shaping and leaning out the muscles, and bringing balance through increased flexibility. Our core engagement exercises emphasize our quest for ultimate alignment, learning to stabilize the muscles closest to the spine, improving our natural, functional spine position. This is very important for posture and overall spinal health; especially as we age.

The Dailey Method studios are each led by Dailey Method Master Teachers, ensuring that no matter where your studio, you will experience the most efficient and effective group workout on the planet.

But don’t just take our word for it, try a class today to find out what all the buzz is about. All of our studios offer amazing deals and promotions for new students.

Customer Stories
  • After having 3 children in less than 2 years, The Dailey Method helped me shed the weight I had gained and recover the energy, strength and flexibility that I had lost throughout pregnancy.  After starting to combine the newer Dailey Interval class with my regular Mixed classes I’ve seen an even greater total body transformation that I never could have imagined!

    – Erin M., Northbrook
  • “I first came to The Dailey Method two years ago kicking and screaming courtesy of my wife, Anne, on a date class. She had been attending for quite some time and thought I would enjoy it, plus it would be a workout we could do together. Not a chance I thought. After the first session I knew this form of exercise would be a benefit to me. At 6’9” and 64 years old (next month) my goals are to improve posture, balance and core strength.. I enjoy exercising with Anne and, for the most part, my goals are seeing some improvement. The staff is great, from front desk to each and every teacher to Michelle herself. I actually look forward to my workouts. I also feel I’m an inspiration to other people because they can take solace in knowing they aren’t the worst one in class as long as I’m present. Anne was correct as always, I do enjoy me some Dailey Method.”

    – Don Ford, former player in the NBA
  • “I would definitely recommend TDM to my friends and family. It’s a great way to tone your body, burn more calories, and generally feel better about yourself. It clears your mind of all the other things in life such as work and kids. It’s my one hour a day to give back to myself and it feels great.”

  • The Dailey Method has a welcoming, fun atmosphere with wonderful instructors who genuinely care about their clients.  The instructors are knowledgable and take the time to adjust you to make sure your alignment is right. It’s like personal training in a group class.  I came to TDM after being told about it from a local, and have been so blessed by it since.  I have had intermittent hip problems since I was in grade school, accepting that it could be arthritis and there was nothing I could do about it. I’m only 28, so I was disheartened, but just lived with it. Since I have been going to the Dailey Method 5 times a week for about a month now, I have not had any hip pain. I am convinced my body was out of alignment from playing sports all my life, and without the know how of “keeping my hips square” and stretching I would have remained out of alignment!

“I know this is an on-going commitment to my body and I am beyond pleased with the results I’m getting from the Dailey Method.”

    – Amy, Denver - Highlands
  • “As challenging as it is during this 60-minute class, I always feel like I am floating on my way out the door, and each time I can’t wait to sign up for my next leg-shaking session (set to great music, of course).”

    – Lisa K., SF Mission Castro
  • “I love having a community to be connected to with others who choose to live a healthy lifestyle.”

    – Julie Guy, San Diego
  • “Nothing else I’ve tried comes close to feeling as healthy or as effective as the low impact, slow and controlled movements of TDM.  I love the instructors, the other clients, and the warm and encouraging atmosphere. The Dailey Method has become a staple in my life and I’m so grateful to have found it.”

Added to our obsession with healthy neutral spine position, and our focus on education and individual attention, and The Dailey Method is like nothing else

How often do I need to come to see results?

You will feel it on the very first class. Come three times per week, for six weeks and you will experience a significant increase in strength and flexibility and notice improved tone in your body. Greater results are achieved with more frequency per week and continuity over time.
