I found out about the Dailey Method early in 2013 as I was looking for a new exercise program – I tried a class and loved it from day 1. The instructors are upbeat, encouraging, positive and inspiring. My practice includes all 3 classes – Principles, Mixed and Interval – all are challenging and provide me a great workout, and it didn’t take long to see results.

I am sure you get plenty of feedback on how your classes have done wonders for students’ overall appearance, core strength and flexibility. What I am not sure you are aware of is what you do for students like myself on the inside. Two years ago when I started classes, I found myself in tears because I felt soooo good from the inside out. I was so excited to have found an exercise program I truly enjoyed and worked me hard at the same time. It prepared me for a tough year ahead that I did not know was coming. A year ago, my family went through some devastating times. It was serious, but thankfully, we are in a much better place and I am hopeful. The only thing I could get myself to do aside from the day-to-day was go to TDM. It kept me from falling apart and I was able to work out an incredible amount of anger in thigh work. I also sought comfort in running but it didn’t compare to going to class and, for one hour, being able to concentrate on myself. It is clear to me how passionate you are about what you do and I want you to know how you have helped me (and countless others, I’m sure). “Barre” none The Dailey Method is the best overall body work out I have found. It’s part strength training, stretching, barre work, and core conditioning with aspects of Pilates and yoga in a setting that is both fun and energetic.
