The Dailey Method has a welcoming, fun atmosphere with wonderful instructors who genuinely care about their clients. The instructors are knowledgable and take the time to adjust you to make sure your alignment is right. It’s like personal training in a group class. I came to TDM after being told about it from a local, and have been so blessed by it since. I have had intermittent hip problems since I was in grade school, accepting that it could be arthritis and there was nothing I could do about it. I’m only 28, so I was disheartened, but just lived with it. Since I have been going to the Dailey Method 5 times a week for about a month now, I have not had any hip pain. I am convinced my body was out of alignment from playing sports all my life, and without the know how of “keeping my hips square” and stretching I would have remained out of alignment!

Working out has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I used to think that the heavier and harder you go the faster you’ll see results. I was nervous for TDM to be my sole workout after having the baby, but after countless conversations with instructors, they assured me I would see results in a whole different way. I started to measure myself and I quickly noticed I was losing inches, everywhere! It’s exciting to see that my body has started to change in many ways. I’m feeling longer and leaner. I’m excited to see my arms getting toned with lighter weights rather than killing myself with huge heavy weights! No workout is the same and each one is a challenge.
