The Dailey Method is proud to offer the 21-Day Meditation Challenge, led by bestselling author and transformational coach Camilla Sacre-Dallerup. From March 2-22, 2020 we will be taking 21 days to take a self-reflective journey that focuses on unique daily themes built around loving-kindness, compassion, presence, and gratitude. The program will offer wisdom and insight to help you grow and evolve and is designed for beginning to advanced meditators.
Each daily audio meditation includes guidance by Camilla – in which she will share the teaching of the day – followed by a meditation that will scale in the first week from 5 minutes and towards the end of the challenge range from 10-12 minutes.
