This Dailey Interval class is designed to lift your heart rate and work every muscle in your body using just your body weight and a full range of motion. In less than an hour, this class includes a warmup that layers on movement to prepare the body for 3 interval sets designed to take you to your edge, each followed by an active recovery for an opportunity to realign and lower your heart rate. We round this out with an abdominal strengthening sequence and a final stretch to leave you feeling strong and energized. Let's have some fun!
