This class will lift your heart rate while you focus on lengthening your spine and strengthening your core. It is appropriate for all levels of students looking for a cardiovascular challenge. The cueing and pacing are relatively quick but options and modifications are given to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise.
