This class combines the smaller stabilizing movements of Dailey Barre with the larger range of motion, heart rate lifting movements of Dailey Interval. Enjoy an incredibly efficient workout that will help you strengthen, lengthen and sweat! The cueing and pacing are relatively quick but options and modifications are given to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise.
