This Dailey Barre class is for students seeking a shorter but still intense core workout. The refinement cueing will give you access to deepening your entire for greater strength and stability. The cueing and pacing are relatively quick but options and modifications are given to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise.
