This is an active stretching class. This stretching sequence will help you open up your shoulders, chest, hips, and hamstrings. Dailey Stretch is a fantastic add-on following any other Dailey Method class or as a stand-alone class when you are seeking a slower paced, yet active class or when you are working through sore muscles or general tension in your body. On a day where you have more time for yourself, we strongly recommend taking Dailey Release prior to this class for optimal release and whole body health.
