This is a 30-minute Dailey Barre class with an emphasis on strengthening your thighs and seat, muscles that support your pelvis and aid in healthy posture. The cueing and pacing are relatively quick but options and modifications are given to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise.
