This challenging 50 minute Dailey Fusion class combines all the elements of muscle strengthening, stretching and elongation, and cardiovascular endurance that you need for a full body workout. There is a continual emphasis on using your breath to help you gain more stability, length and push through the more endurance components of the practice. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise.
