This is our 45-minute express class format. It is a full body workout with an emphasis on your core that balances the strength and the flexibility of your spine. It is appropriate for all levels of students. The cueing and pacing are relatively quick but options and modifications are given to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise.
