This combination barre/interval class focuses on increasing core awareness and building cardiovascular endurance. Exercises to increase your heart rate are alternated with active holds that allow for cardiovascular recovery and core strengthening. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise.
