This interval class will lift your heart rate and keep it elevated through four, 5-minute intervals. Each interval combines Dailey Method's signature alignment principles with continuous full range, fast-paced movements allowing you to build strength and endurance. The cueing and pacing are relatively quick but options and modifications are given to enable all students to be successful. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and to make the positioning the priority for each exercise. - 40:15
