Dailey Fusion: Stability First, Then Speed

This is an intermediate to advanced level fusion class with an emphasis on setting stability prior to speed. This class format blends all of our barre components with cardio bursts throughout. The weight work portion is best with small handheld weights but can be done with dynamic muscular contractions if weights aren't available. The prone seat work portion can also be modified with all 4's seatwork.
